Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 13, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to M8tcha Premium subscriptions and other paid features. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Pricing page. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

1. Canceling a Subscription

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not normally create a partial-period refund. For Stripe purchases, use the manage-subscription link in the app or Stripe Customer Portal. For Apple or Google purchases, cancel in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. You normally keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.

2. Refunds

We may issue a full or partial refund when required by law or when a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, materially incorrect, or a paid feature was unavailable and we cannot reasonably restore it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Approved Stripe refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

We do not promise refunds for unused time after cancellation, dissatisfaction with interactions with another user, or failure to use a paid feature, except where applicable law requires one.

3. Where to Request Help

For a Stripe charge, email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. We may ask for information sufficient to verify the account and transaction.

Apple and Google control refunds for purchases made through their stores. Request those refunds directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.comor through Google Play's refund process. We cannot issue a store refund for a transaction we did not process.

4. EU/UK Consumer Rights

Consumers in the EU, EEA, or UK may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. If you ask us to begin supplying a digital service immediately, you may lose that right once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Any mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
